At Bora Fitness, we are always looking for new ways to better serve our clients, and now we are excited to announce the availability of In-Home Personal Training. Andrew Bora, one of the top personal trainers on Chicago’s North Shore, will train you in the privacy of your own home if you so desire.
Perhaps it’s difficult for you to travel to a gym, or maybe you just prefer to work out at home. Either way, if you live in one of the northern Chicago suburbs, in-home personal training could be a great option for you. Our service area generally includes Evanston, Glenview, Glencoe, Highland Park, Northbrook, Northfield, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka, and other nearby cities.
Many people buy expensive exercise equipment and then never use it, either because they don’t know how or because they lack motivation. If you have a well-equipped home gym, Andrew will show you how to get the most out of it. If you lack motivation, having your own personal trainer will help tremendously. If you don’t have any equipment, your in-home workout will typically emphasize body weight exercises and lightweight equipment that we can bring along.
Some clients like to begin training at home and then switch to the gym when they feel ready. If you need some help improving your diet, Andrew also offers nutritional counseling. A good diet is a key ingredient for getting the most out of your personal training program, whether it is performed at home or at the gym.
There is an extra charge for in-home training to cover our travel time and expenses, and adequate clear space is required for working out. Andrew will explain these matters and answer any questions you may have when you call to ask about our in-home personal training service.
