The Glencoe News has just published a nice feature article on Andrew Bora in both its print and online editions. The article describes how two area residents have benefited from personal training with Andrew. Sessions last one hour and include a warm up, kickboxing, weight training and core work. They are available for individuals and small groups of two or three people. The article also includes five health and fitness tips from Andrew.
