Meet Nikita Katsman


After competing at professional soccer in Spain for more than two years, Nikita Katsman has returned to Illinois to provide his elite coaching to athletes and the general population alike. Nikita specializes in speed, quickness, and agility training as well as intensive circuit training. Whether you are seeking a competitive edge in sports, or want to look better in a swim suit, Nikita can tailor his workouts to your goals no matter what fitness level you are at.

Meet Dmitrij Goloscapovs


Dmitrij Goloscapovs is the founder of YA-Fitness Holistic Method. His training style is rooted in the depths of the martial arts traditions, healing practices, and is enhanced and expanded through the latest scientific research. He works effectively with private customers, teaching classes and seminars, using the practical wisdom of both Eastern and Western philosophies.

Dmitrij is certified in CPR and Basic First Aid, Personal Trainer and Aerobic instructor, Step-Kickboxing-Group Exercise, Yoga instructor and Healer School graduate, NESTA Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

He designs unique programs from a mixture of Fencing, Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Healing arts, Russian Kettlebell weight training and traditional western exercises.
